The most popular indoor activity for tourists, however, is shopping. There are several major malls in Fort Lauderdale including the Galleria, which is packed with upscale retailers, fine dining, and spas, and the Fort Lauderdale Swap Shop, which is the largest flea market in the South. The city's outdoor shopping district, Las Olas Boulevard, is where you'll find all the most unique boutiques, from flower shops to bookstores specializing in ocean navigation charts. You can also attend an outdoor movie on the beach, and (of course!) pick up some souvenirs of your trip to Fort Lauderdale.
